Defective detectors/jammers maybe exchanged within 30 days of order. After this 30 days manufactures warranty will apply.
Laser Jammers Unopened, factory sealed units may be returned within 30 days of order for a full refund minus restocking and shipping fees . Jammers that have been opened, maybe returned within 30 days of order, but will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping cost. Returns must be packaged with all material in the original packaging. Jammers that have been installed cannot be returned, but defective units maybe exchanged within 30 days of receipt. After this 30 days the manufactures warranty will apply.
Returns
All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and must have a RMA number attached from LaserMaskUSA.com. You can get this RMA number by contacting us or calling our office at 608-385-0045.
